Summary The Graphic Designer is responsible for designing and producing high-quality visual assets across digital, print, presentation, and multichannel platforms. The role supports brand and marketing objectives by translating creative briefs into visually compelling, engaging, and compliant deliverables that align with established brand guidelines.The Graphic Designer collaborates with Art Directors, Creative Leads, Content Teams, Marketing Strategists, Project Managers, and other cross-functional stakeholders to deliver impactful creative solutions that enhance customer engagement and business outcomes. About the Role Associate Graphic DesignLocation - Hyderabad #LI Hybrid Design and develop creative assets across digital, social, email, print, presentations, infographics, and marketing collateral.Translate creative briefs and brand requirements into visually compelling,
high-quality design solutions.Ensure all deliverables align with global and local brand guidelines while maintaining visual consistency across channels.Adapt and localize creative assets for different markets and formats without compromising brand integrity.Execute layout design, typography, image editing, visual composition, and final production-ready assets for digital and print.Collaborate with Art Directors, Content, Strategy, Production, and Marketing teams; incorporate feedback efficiently.Stay updated on design trends, emerging technologies, AI-enabled tools, and contribute ideas to improve creative effectiveness.Conduct quality checks to ensure accuracy, brand compliance, formatting, specifications, and timely delivery.Minimum Requirements:Minimum: Bachelor's degree, (Preferably - Bachelors of Arts)Preferred Requirements:3 - 5 years of experience in Market Design Why Novartis: Helping people with disease and their families takes more than cutting-edge science.
