nRole Overview:
nWe are looking for an Executive – DSP & OEM with hands-on experience in digital advertising, DSPs, and performance campaigns. The role involves campaign execution, optimization, OEM/DSP partnerships, revenue management, and identifying new supply opportunities.
nKey Responsibilities

- Launch, manage, and optimize performance campaigns across DSPs and OEM platforms.n
- Understand campaign briefs and execute strategies based on client requirements and KPIs.n
- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, bids, ROI, and other key metrics.n
- Plan and implement targeting strategies including audience, geo, interest, and keyword targeting.n
- Identify performance issues and drive continuous campaign optimization.n
- Prepare regular performance reports and insights for management.n
- Coordinate with Sales, Tech, Finance, and OEM/DSP partners for smooth campaign execution and billing.n




- Troubleshoot and resolve campaign or technical issues.n
- Identify and onboard new DSPs and direct supply sources to drive business growth.n
- Build and maintain strong relationships with DSP/OEM partners and contribute to revenue growth.n
- Support strategic planning and revenue management initiatives.n

nWhat We're Looking For:

- n
- 3–5 years of experience in digital advertising, performance marketing, DSPs, OEMs, or a related technical/account management role.n
- Prior experience in the ad-tech ecosystem is mandatory — publisher, trading desk, DSP, ad network, or similar.n
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.n
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and work in a fast-paced environment.n
- A proactive and creative approach to campaign optimization and business growth.n
