n:The Junior Farm Executive – Irrigation will be responsible for supporting irrigation planning, execution, and maintenance to ensure optimal water usage and healthy crop growth. The role involves monitoring irrigation systems, assisting in scheduling, and ensuring efficient water management practices on the farm
nKey Responsibilities

- Assist in planning and executing daily irrigation schedules based on crop requirements and weather conditionsn
- Monitor irrigation systems such as drip, sprinkler, and flood irrigation for proper functioningn
- Ensure timely watering of crops to maintain soil moisture levelsn
- Inspect pipelines, valves, pumps, and other irrigation equipment regularlyn
- Identify and report leaks, damages, or inefficiencies in the irrigation systemn
- Maintain records of water usage, irrigation schedules, and system performancen




- Support installation and maintenance of irrigation infrastructuren
- Coordinate with farm workers to ensure proper irrigation practices are followedn
- Follow sustainable water management practices and minimize wastagen
- Assist in soil moisture testing and basic agronomic activitiesn

nNursery & Plant Propagation Responsibilities

- Perform grafting, budding, air layering, and other plant propagation techniques for fruit, ornamental, and landscape plantsn
- Prepare and maintain mother plants for propagation activitiesn
- Monitor success rates of grafting and air layering operations and ensure proper aftercaren
- Assist in seed germination, cutting propagation, transplanting, and nursery plant productionn
- Identify suitable plant species for propagation based on seasonal requirementsn
- Maintain propagation tools, equipment, and nursery infrastructure in valuable conditionn
- Ensure proper labeling, tracking
