- Convert qualified leads into successful sales.n
- Meet with clients to understand their interior design requirements and provide suitable solutions.n
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the sales journey.n
- Collaborate with the design and project execution teams to ensure a seamless client experience.n
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.n
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales reports.n
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.n

n Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business,



Marketing, or a related field.n
- 4+ years of experience in sales or business development.n
- Experience in interior design, modular furniture, home décor, real estate, or related industries is preferred.n
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.n
- Strong customer relationship management and problem-solving abilities.n
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to thrive in a rapid-paced environment.n
