Job DescriptionThe position is of Event Execution Manager.
nShould have experience in executing Large scale events, Concerts, Award Functions, Society & College Activations etc.

nKey Responsibilities:

- To implement cost-saving measures so as to maximize the profitability of the event.n
- Events executed within budgets.n
- Minimal variance from projected costs and adherence to Ratiosn
- Vendor Management, Documentation of all Events, and P&L; Managementn
- To liaise and co-ordinate with vendors to ensure timely deliveries/execution of assigned tasks/activitiesn
- Marketing of properties, and PR through Print/ digital mediumsn
- Planning & execution of on-ground eventsn
- Tie-ups to endorse the properties ( print)n
- Responsible for effective execution of events through client & internal sales coordinationn
