nAbout the Role
nWe are looking for a detail-oriented and organised Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting and finance operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in accounting, reconciliations, statutory compliances and vendor management, along with a strong understanding of accounting principles.
nKey Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting entries and maintain accurate financial records.n
- Manage accounts payable and receivable , including vendor invoices and customer payments.n
- Perform regular bank, vendor and ledger reconciliations .n
- Assist in GST, TDS and other statutory compliance activities.n
- Prepare and maintain invoices, payment records, expense statements and supporting documents.n
- Process vendor payments and ensure timely settlement of outstanding dues.n




- Track receivables and follow up on pending payments.n
- Assist in monthly closing and preparation of financial reports/MIS.n
- Maintain proper documentation of bills, invoices, expenses and other financial records.n
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for invoice/payment-related queries.n
- Support the finance team during audits and provide required documents and information.n
- Ensure compliance with internal finance policies and processes.n
- Identify discrepancies in accounts and resolve them in coordination with the concerned teams.n

nRequirements

- n
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance or a related field .n
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in accounting/finance.n
- Positive understanding of accounting principles, GST and TDS .n
- Hands-on experience with Tally / accounting software / ERP .n
- Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets .n
- Strong attention to detail and accur
