- Robust expertise in Agile/Scrum and project delivery.n
- Experience managing cross-functional teams, stakeholders, budgets, and risks.n
- Proficient with Jira, Azure DevOps, or MS Project.n
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.n
- Basic understanding of AI/Generative AI concepts preferred; hands-on AI experience is not required.n
- PMP/Scrum certification is a plus.n
