Job DescriptionAbout Manager – Enterprise Solutions & Key Accounts:
nWe are looking for a consultative and result-oriented Enterprise Sales professional to drive recent business acquisition and strategic client engagement. The ideal candidate should have experience in enterprise SaaS, solution selling, pre-sales, and account management, with the ability to engage CXOs, understand business challenges, and propose value-driven solutions.
nWhat You'll Do:

- n
- Identify, develop, and acquire new enterprise clients across target industries.n
- Conduct discovery meetings, product presentations, and solution demonstrations for prospective customers.n
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.n
- Prepare and present proposals, RFP/RFI responses and commercial negotiationsn
- Build robust relationships with Admin, Facility Management, Procurement and Operations stakeholders.n
- Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless onboarding and successful implementation.n




- Drive pilot programs and proof-of-concepts (POCs) where required.n
- Manage enterprise accounts and identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.n
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM updates.n
- Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and customer requirements.n

nWhat You'll Bring:

- n
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field.n
- 4–6 years of experience in Enterprise Sales, B2B Sales, SaaS Sales, Solution Consulting.n
- Proven experience handling enterprise customers and large accounts.n
- Strong consultative selling, presentation and negotiation skills.n
- Experience responding to RFPs/RFIs and managing enterprise sales opportunities.n
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.n
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple opportunities simultaneously.n
- Experience selling technology or SaaS solutions to enterprise
