- Manage day-to-day bakery operations and ensure the availability of required ingredients and supplies.n
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and temperature control of food products in accordance with applicable food safety and preservation standards.n
- Lead, coordinate, and supervise the team in all food preparation, baking, finishing, and presentation activities.n
- Ensure consistent quality, taste, presentation, and product standards are maintained.n
- Monitor bakery equipment and promptly report any breakdowns, maintenance requirements, safety hazards, or unsafe practices.n
- Participate in scheduled team meetings and contribute suggestions for operational and product improvements.n
- Ensure culinary standards, recipes, processes, and responsibilities are consistently followed by the team.n
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and proper housekeeping across all bakery work areas.n




- Ensure compliance with food hygiene, health, safety, and sanitation standards.n
- Demonstrate expertise in wholegrain and gluten-free baking techniques, including product development and innovation.n
- Train, guide, and support bakery staff to ensure efficient workflow and consistent product quality.n
- Drive new product development by creating innovative bakery and confectionery products, conducting product trials, and improving existing products based on market trends and customer preferences.n

nRequired Education & Experience

- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in the bakery and confectionery industry.n
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in Bakery, Pastry, Confectionery, Culinary Arts, or a relevant field.n
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required.n
- Robust interpersonal, communication, and team management skills.n
