nWe‘re Hiring: Experienced Architect (Minimum 2-4 years of experience)

nThis is a full-time, on-site role for an Architect located in Noida. The Architect will be responsible for designing functional and cutting-edge spaces, developing architectural layouts, creating detailed construction documentation, and collaborating with other teams to deliver high-quality projects. Additional responsibilities include overseeing project management tasks and ensuring timely progression by coordinating with contractors, vendors, and suppliers.

nQualifications

- n
- Expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design and Architectural working drawing with the ability to create innovative designs and functional layouts.n
- Strong skills in Project Management, including task delegation, timeline adherence,



and collaboration with cross-functional teams.n
- Knowledge of Integration and Software Development tools used in architectural processes.n
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar programs is highly desirable.n
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in collaborative environments.n
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field is required.n
- Professional experience in commercial, residential, or hospitality architecture is a plus.n
