About the RolenWe are looking for a professional, well-groomed and customer-oriented Front Office Executive to manage the reception area and provide a positive first impression to employees, visitors, clients and business partners. The role will also support day-to-day administrative and coordination activities.
Key Responsibilitiesn

- Manage the front desk/reception area and ensure a qualified and welcoming environment.n
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, candidates and vendors in a courteous manner.n
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails and general enquiries.n
- Maintain the visitor register and visitor management records.n
- Coordinate with employees regarding visitor appointments and meeting schedules.n
- Manage courier and dispatch activities, including receiving and sending documents/packages.n
- Coordinate meeting rooms and ensure they are ready for meetings.n




- Support office administration activities, including stationery, pantry and housekeeping coordination.n
- Maintain records and basic administrative documentation.n
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers as required.n
- Assist the HR/Admin team with employee engagement activities, events and other administrative requirements.n
- Corporate Travel Booking in coordination with HODs & Employeesn
- Ensure reception and common areas are maintained in a neat and professional manner.n
- Perform other administrative and coordination responsibilities assigned by the reporting manager.n
