nThis is a high-ownership, target-driven role for someone who can identify opportunities, reach decision-makers, build relationships, negotiate, close business, and work independently with minimal supervision.

nAbout the Role

nThe successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business across India and international markets.

nYou will independently identify prospects, research decision-makers, generate leads, conduct outreach, arrange client meetings, understand hiring requirements, present recruitment solutions, prepare proposals, negotiate commercials, close recent business, and support client handover to the recruitment/delivery team.
n
