nAbout the Role
nWe are looking for a passionate and driven Enterprise Sales Manager – AI Platform (Banking &
nFinancial Services) to drive the adoption of Newron's AI-powered platforms across Banks, NBFCs,




nHousing Finance Companies, and Financial Institutions.
nThis is a consultative enterprise sales role where you will engage with CXOs and business leaders,
nunderstand customer challenges, position AI-led solutions, and manage the complete sales
nlifecycle—from prospecting to deal closure.
nYou will work closely with the founders, product specialists, and engineering teams to help
nfinancial institutions accelerate their digital transformation through AI.
nKey Responsibilities
n• Identify, qualify, and develop current business opportunities across Banks, NBFCs, HFCs, and
nFinancial Institutions.
n• Build relationships with CXOs and senior stakeholders including CIOs, CDOs, CROs, CBOs,
nHeads of Lending, Credit, Operations, and Digital Transformation.
n• Conduct discovery meetings to understand customer business challenges and digital
ntransformation priorities.
