nResponsibilities:
nLocal Operations & Office Support

- Coordinate onboarding kits, office supplies, IT setup, and health & safety representation.n
- Organise local events, team get-togethers, and wellbeing initiatives.n
- Manage vendor onboarding, local payments, and credit card/expense processes.n

nOnboarding & Community Building

- n
- Welcome new joiners, manage induction activities, and help build a positive, inclusive workplace culture.n




- Support contractor onboarding/offboarding and group mailbox management.n

nLight-Touch Leadership Team Support

- n
- Assist with diary coordination, travel bookings, and expense claims for senior leaders as needed.n
- Maintain action logs for key meetings and help drive follow-up.n

nCommunication & Collaboration

- Share information with local and global teams, support internal communications, and help coordinate cross-team projects.n

- Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and contribute to a culture of innovation.n

nRequired Experience:

- 3-4 years previous experience in operations, coordination, office management, or a similar support role.n
- Exposure to project management, event planning, or process improvement is a plus.n
- Strong organisational and communication skills.n
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing needs.n
