nWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Medical Biller to join our Medical Billing team. This role is ideal for candidates with 2–3 years of experience in medical billing who are eager to build their career in the US healthcare industry.
nThe Junior Medical Biller will be responsible for preparing and submitting insurance claims, verifying patient information and insurance eligibility, following up on unpaid claims, assisting with denial management,



and ensuring accurate billing in accordance with payer guidelines.

nResponsibilities
nVerify patient insurance coverage and eligibility before claim submission.
nPrepare, review, and submit accurate medical claims using billing software.
nReview patient billing information and identify missing or inaccurate details.
nProcess insurance claims and monitor claim status.
nFollow up on unpaid or pending claims with insurance companies.
nAssist in denial management by reviewing rejected claims and resubmitting corrected claims.
nResolve billing discrepancies and payment-related issues.
nWork with patients regarding outstanding balances and payment arrangements when required.
nMaintain accurate billing records and update reports and spreadsheets.
nEnsure compliance with insurance guidelines and company billing procedures.
nAdapt to new billing software updates and process improvements.
