nAbout the Role
nWe are looking for a Creative Strategist who sits at the intersection of brand thinking and content execution. You will be the person who connects consumer insight to creative output turning data, trends, and brand strategy into ideas that actually land. This is not a pure creative role and it is not a pure strategy role. It is both, and you need to own both ends without losing the thread between them.

nCreative Strategy & Ideation

- Develop creative strategies for campaigns, launches, and brand moments across channelsn
- Translate brand positioning and consumer insights into sharp, actionable creative briefsn
- Identify the big ideas that can anchor a campaign and the small details that make content feel realn
- Stay deeply plugged into culture, trends, and what‘s resonating with consumers and turn that into strategic creative directionn
- Own the creative calendar in partnership with brand and social media teamsn

nContent & Campaign Development

- Lead the development of content across formats video, static, short-form, long-form, and experientialn
- Work closely with designers, videographers, copywriters, and influencers to bring ideas to lifen
- Ensure every piece of content is strategically grounded not just aesthetically pleasingn
- Own the brief-to-execution process write sharp briefs, give explicit feedback, and hold the creative bar highn
- Build content frameworks and playbooks that can be scaled across brands and channelsn

nConsumer & Cultural Intelligence

- Track consumer behaviour, cultural shifts, and emerging trends across categoriesn
- Build consumer personas and use them to inform creative directionn
- Conduct regular content audits what‘s working, what‘s not, and whyn
- Analyse competitor and category content strategies and identify whitespace opportunitiesn
