n Position Summary
nSanjivani Group of Institutes invites applications for the position of Mental Health Counselor to promote the psychological well-being of students and employees across its diverse educational ecosystem, including Engineering, Polytechnic, Pharmacy, Management, Commerce, Computer Applications, Postgraduate, and Doctoral programmes.
nThe Counselor will provide confidential psychological counseling, crisis intervention, preventive mental health programmes, and emotional wellness initiatives while fostering a healthy, inclusive, and supportive campus workplace. The role also extends to promoting employee mental well-being through awareness programmes, counseling support, and stress management initiatives.

- Assess and manage students at risk of self-harm or suicide.n
- Coordinate with parents, medical professionals, and institutional authorities during emergencies.n
- Maintain crisis response protocols in collaboration with the Medical Officer, Hostel Wardens, and Security Department.n
