- Detection and prevention of fraud on Mobile banking/Net Banking & UPI trxns thereby reduce the financial losses.n
- Optimum use of fraud monitoring system/toolsn
- Monitoring of transactions & alerts online / real time for fraud detection and prevention.n
- Out calling the cardholders on real time for confirmation of transactions & blocking the card instantly.n
- Preparation of various MIS which includes updating of daily tracker, collation of monthly MIS, Team activity MIS.n
- Act on mails send by branches.n

nSkills Requirement:

- Fresher/Minimum of 1 year of experience in the same rolen
- Graduate with valuable academicsn
- Good communication & interaction skillsn
- Logical and analytical skillsn
- Knowledge of MS-Office, preference for exceln

- Real time out calling on alerted transactionsn
- Real time Hot-listing of debit card & raising replacement requestn
- Various MIS preparation- Daily/Weekly/Monthlyn
