nLOCATION & WORKING DETAILS
nLocation: One Lodha Place, Lower Parel (West), Mumbai, Maharashtra
nWorking Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
nWorking Days: Monday to Saturday | 4th Saturday Off
nEmployment Type: Full-Time

nABOUT THE ROLES
nThe selected candidates will contribute to architectural and interior design projects through concept development, design presentations, 2D drawings, working drawings, detailing, project coordination, and site-related activities, depending on the position and level of experience.
n

nKEY SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
n• Solid proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory), with a good understanding of construction drawings,



detailing, and design development
n• Knowledge of SketchUp and other 3D visualization tools
n• Working knowledge of Photoshop for presentations, rendering, and visual touch-ups
n• Proficiency in MS Office – Word, Excel & PowerPoint, along with Google Sheets
n• Familiarity with AI tools and other presentation software
n• Strong design sensibility, creativity, and attention to detail
n• Good communication, presentation, and coordination skills
n• Ability to coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and contractors
n• Basic exposure to site coordination and project execution
n• Understanding of interior materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and functional space planning
nSenior professionals should be capable of handling project coordination, client interactions, design development, and team responsibilities.
