nThe Techno-Commercial Sales Specialist serves as the vital link between Company’s
ninnovative portfolio and the specialized technical requirements of our customers. This role is
nnot just about selling products; it is about understanding complex bioprocessing workflows
nand delivering science-backed, consultative solutions that drive efficiency in R&D; and
nmanufacturing.

nKey Responsibilities
n1. Technical Advisory & Workflow Integration
n∙Conduct detailed assessments of customer manufacturing processes, specifically
nfocusing on Upstream, Downstream, and Fill-Finish stages.
n∙Act as a solution architect, identifying process bottlenecks (e.g., yield optimization,
ncontamination risks) and positioning Company‘s technologies to mitigate them.
n∙Guide customers through the adoption of innovative and alternate technologies to
nmodernize their existing workflows.

Commercial Excellence & Account Management
n∙Own the end-to-end sales cycle: from lead generation and technical presentations to
ndrafting comprehensive techno-commercial proposals.
n∙Maintain rigorous follow-ups with end-users, procurement departments, and external
nstakeholders to ensure high conversion rates.
n∙Manage existing accounts by ensuring recurring sales (consumables/spares) while
nhunting for current project opportunities.
n3. Strategic Customer Engagement
n∙Build and nurture long-term relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and
ndecision-makers in the Biopharma, Vaccines and CGT sectors.
n∙Deliver high-impact technical demonstrations and seminars tailored to the specific
nscientific needs of the client.
n∙Provide regular market intelligence on competitor activity and emerging trends in the
nIndian bioprocess landscape.
