nThe Opportunity
nThis is a Sales Manager role for someone who enjoys building relationships, leading teams, and
ndriving business growth.
nYou will be responsible for creating and executing sales strategies, managing key client
nrelationships, and ensuring the sales team consistently delivers on business targets. Your contribution will directly influence the growth trajectory of Hexaspace as we expand our presence in the interior design industry.
nWhat You Will Do
n— Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets




n— Build, nurture, and expand relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
n— Lead, mentor, and manage the performance of the sales team
n— Track team KPIs and ensure consistent achievement of sales goals
n— Conduct market research to identify current business opportunities, customer trends, and
ncompetitor activities
n— Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and agreements with clients
n— Drive the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
n— Collaborate closely with the marketing and design teams to ensure aligned business
nobjectives
n— Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance reviews for leadership
n— Continuously improve sales processes, systems, and customer experience
