Job DescriptionWe are now building a high-energy pre-sales team to connect with new clients, open doors for conversations, and support our sales leaders in driving closures. The Pre-Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients, researching target organizations, connecting with HR and L&D; heads, and setting up meetings for the sales team. You will be the first voice and face of Skills Café, someone who can create interest, build trust, and ensure consistent follow-ups until the closure.

nKey Responsibilities

- Identify target companies and the right decision-makers (CHROs, L&D; Heads, CXOs)n
- Build and maintain a solid, updated database using CRM toolsn
- Make daily outbound calls to potential clientsn
- Introduce Skills Café’s offerings in a confident and engaging mannern
- Qualify interest and schedule meetings for the sales managersn




- Ensure consistent follow-ups with prospects to move them along the funneln
- Coordinate between sales managers and clients to ensure timely meetings and updatesn
- Track all calls, meetings, and conversions on CRMn
- Share weekly reports on pipeline progress and follow-up actionsn
- Stay updated on L&D; trends, company movements, and industry events to spot new opportunitiesn

nQualifications & Experience

- n
- 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, tele-calling, or B2B business developmentn
- Excellent spoken English and confident phone communicationn
- Strong listening, questioning, and persuasion skillsn
- Target-driven and comfortable with high-volume callingn
- Good at organizing data and tracking follow-ups through CRMn
- Experience in L&D;, training, or edtech sectors is an advantage.n
