- Minimum 8 years‘ experience and proven expertise in manufacturing.n
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skillsn
- Proven record of leadership in a work setting and/or through extracurricular activitiesn
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team settingn
- Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing, in English and the local languagen
- Readiness to be part of a challenging work environment involving extensive travel for onsite activity in manufacturing units.n
