nThis is a project-based role responsible for managing project execution, driving outreach initiatives, coordinating registrations, and overseeing on-ground team operations across assigned cities. The Project Manager will serve as a key liaison between managers and the field team, ensuring smooth project delivery and achieving project objectives and targets.

- Drive outreach and registration processes across assigned cities to meet project objectivesn
- Achieve and track targets set by the Project Head, providing regular progress updates and reporting on target achievementn
- Manage and coordinate registration processes, ensuring accurate and timely data collection while monitoring conversion metricsn
- Oversee on-ground team management, including scheduling, task allocation, performance monitoring, and ensuring team alignment with target goalsn
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment with project goals, timelines, and target achievementn




- Prepare regular progress reports communicating updates on outreach activities, registration numbers, and target achievement to project leadershipn
- Manage project logistics, resources, and budget allocation as required to support outreach and registration activitiesn
- Troubleshoot on-ground issues and implement timely solutions to maintain momentum in achieving targetsn
- Monitor and analyze outreach metrics to identify improvement opportunities and optimize strategies for better target achievementn
