nThis program is designed to build strong N5 + N4 level mastery, focusing on real-world conversational Japanese, fluency, and cultural understanding for students aiming to study, work, or live in Japan.

nWe are hiring high-energy, impactful Japanese Language Trainers who can make students fall in love with learning Japanese.

n Role Overview
n
nAs a Japanese Language Trainer, you will:
n• Teach complete JLPT N5 & N4 curriculum (grammar, vocab, kanji, listening, reading)
n• Conduct interactive, high-energy online classes (18–20 students per batch)
n• Focus on conversational Japanese and real-life usage




n• Handle multiple batches with consistency and quality ( upto 6 )
n• Make learning fun, engaging, and addictive (even for students who don’t like studying)
n• Upload class recordings regularly
n• Submit daily reports
n• Collaborate closely with the JWA academic team
n• Represent JWA on YouTube, social media, and national platforms

n• Are fluent in English + Hindi
n• Know how to use Zoom, Google Meet, and online tools
n• Can control and engage a class effectively

n• Are open to feedback and can adapt to JWA teaching systems
