nPosition Overview
nWe are seeking an accomplished academic leader to join our institution as Dean – Naturopathy. The Dean will provide strategic leadership to the Faculty/College of Naturopathy and Yoga Sciences, ensuring high standards in academic delivery, research, clinical training, and institutional development.

nQualifications & Experience:
n• BNYS / MD (Naturopathy) / Ph.D. in Naturopathy or relevant discipline from a recognized institution.




n• Min 10-15 years of teaching, research, and academic administrative experience.
n• Demonstrated leadership in curriculum development, research, and institutional management.
n• Strong publication record and commitment to academic excellence.

nKey Responsibilities:
n• Provide academic and administrative leadership to the Naturopathy faculty.
n• Develop and implement innovative teaching, research, and clinical training programs.
n• Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
n• Promote interdisciplinary collaboration and research initiatives.
n• Guide faculty development, student mentoring, and academic excellence.
n• Strengthen industry, hospital, and research partnerships.
n• Contribute to the university’s strategic growth and reputation in naturopathy education.
