- Develop a robust aesthetic for both Indian wear and Indo-western wear.n
- Conduct periodical market surveys to inform design development based on both national and international market trends.n
- Actively forecast trends in colour, silhouette, and surface work.n
- Study evolving brand requirements and develop samples accordingly.n
- Source fabrics and trims from the market.n
- Maintain records of samples made and raw materials sourced.n
- Create detailed technical sketches using Adobe Illustrator.n
- Define the cost of samples.n
- Consistently achieve weekly and monthly targets, including making necessary amendments to samples.n
- Hand over approved styles to the sourcing and production team within 24 hours of approval.n
- Maintain records of samples and submit weekly and monthly performance reports.n
- Assess products for commercial viability.n
- Assist in photoshoots and provide inputs for the seasonal look book.n
- Accurately describe products for upload on e-commerce websites.n




- Be prepared to travel for development work. Skills Required:n
- Prefer NIFT candidate only with more than 8.0 CGPAn
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Canva.n
- Keen eye for colour, texture, and pattern.n
- Strong knowledge of fabrics, silhouettes, and surface ornamentation.n
- Technical skills in pattern cutting, grading, and garment construction.n
