- Treaty Structuring & Placement: Design and place proportional (Quota Share/Surplus) and non-proportional (Excess of Loss/Stop Loss) treaties, covering entire portfolios rather than individual risks.n
- Business Procurement & Relationship Management: Identify, approach, and maintain robust relationships with domestic (e.g., GIC Re) and international reinsurers and brokers.n
- Technical Analysis & Risk Assessment: Analyze client underwriting portfolios, loss history, and risk retention philosophy to provide technical data for reinsurance pricing.n
- Market Negotiation & Placement: Negotiate competitive treaty terms, including commission, rates, and coverage limits.n
- Documentation & Compliance:



Ensure compliance with IRDAI regulations on reinsurancen
- Claims & Accounts Management: Assist in claims negotiation, settlement, and premium remittance to ensure proper cash flow between insurer and reinsurern
