nWe are looking for a Cost Controller to join our Business Planning & Control team in Bengaluru.
nRequired Experience & Qualifications

- n
- CA Qualified / CA Inter Qualifiedn
- 5+ years of relevant experience after CA Final / CA Intern
- Required experience working with Indian clients and Indian accountsn
- Required experience working in a service-based companyn
- Strong experience in Cost Control, OPEX, Budgeting & Forecasting, P&L; and Cost Optimizationn
- Strong Excel skills with the ability to work with large datasetsn
- Valuable understanding of Cost Centre, GL, Provisioning and Cost Apportionmentn
- Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skillsn

nKey Responsibilities

- n
- Drive cost control and support budget owners in staying within budgetsn
- Conduct Actuals vs. Budget analysis and provide insights to stakeholdersn




- Manage OPEX budgeting and rolling forecastsn
- Perform cost allocation/apportionment across LOBsn
- Identify and drive cost-saving and optimization initiativesn
- Support incentive provisioning and special project cost trackingn
- Ensure accurate cost booking and reportingn
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders and provide financial insights for decision-makingn
