- Lead customer research and translate insights into experience strategies.n
- Govern design quality across implementation teams.n
- Drive personalization strategies using Sitecore CDP and Experience Edge.n
- Collaborate with business, technology, and design stakeholders to deliver user-centric digital experiences.n
