nLead Analyst- 5 to 8 Years (Team handling experience mandatory)
nResponsibilities:

- n
- Collection of all accounts in the portfolio following the defined collection strategy and accountability of aged receivables as per defined metrics/SLAsn
- Implementation of credit/account management, ascertainment of the payment patterns and, if necessary, implementation of corrective measures.n
- Accountability for debt and cash targets achievement on a quarterly/monthly basisn
- Full compliance with all associated internal and Sarbox controlsn
- Written / oral communication on open balances + reconciliation of accounts for portfolion
- Assignment of correct risk categories for portfolio and agreement on payment plans in alignment with Risk team and Collection managementn
- Correct handling of UMCC as per ICMP guidelinesn




- Timely and correct dunning process + handover of insolvent customers/ customers unwilling to pay to legal collectionsn
- Implementation of service stops/ remove stops according to processn
- Entry /resolution activities of /for queries (with regard to collection activities) with communication to customern
- Participation in month end reporting closing activities in alignment with ICMPn
- Point of escalation for team members for complex issues.n
- Mentor for team, supporting and coaching on an ongoing basis.n
- Detection and help for process improvement opportunities for collection + system improvementsn
- 10-15 customers calls a day (Estimated timing for a call and call preparation at an average of 45 mns- 60 mns)n
