nThe Lead will manage and mentor two Senior Managers, who in turn oversee a larger team. This role requires guiding the team’s direction, ensuring strong delivery across campaigns, and developing team members into future leaders.

nAlong with operational leadership, the Lead will also oversee account-level P&Ls;, ensuring campaigns remain profitable, resources are effectively allocated, and the business continues to grow sustainably.
n

nThis position demands ownership, strategic thinking, people leadership, and the ability to build solid systems that help both the team and the organisation scale.

nKey Responsibilities
nStrategic Campaign Leadership
nLead campaign strategy across accounts, ensuring ideas are aligned with brand objectives, audience insights, and measurable outcomes.



Guide teams in solving complex campaign challenges while maintaining high standards of creativity and execution.

nTeam Leadership & Resource Development
nLead two Senior Managers and guide the larger team under them. Mentor team members, strengthen their skill sets, and build clear growth pathways so individuals develop into stronger managers and future leaders.

nAccount Ownership & P&L; Management
nOversee the financial health of accounts by monitoring P&Ls;, ensuring campaigns remain profitable, and balancing resource allocation effectively across projects and teams.
n

nGrowth & Innovation
nIdentify new opportunities in influencer marketing, emerging platforms, and campaign formats. Contribute to scalable campaign frameworks and innovative approaches that strengthen the company’s offerings by working closely with the BD team.
