- 5-9 years of experience in the Insurance industryn
- 4-5 years of Marine Underwriting experiencen
- 4-5 years of Facultative Reinsurance placement experiencen
- Solid technical knowledge of Marine insurance and reinsurancen
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skillsn

- Manage facultative placements and negotiate reinsurance termsn
- Maximize placement outcomes and commission earningsn
- Ensure compliance, documentation, and policy bookingsn
- Coordinate premium remittances and endorsementsn
- Support claims recoveries and regulatory reportingn
