nWe are looking for an experienced Family Office Accounts to handle end-to-end financial operations, investments, taxation, compliance, reporting, and coordination with multiple stakeholders for a family office setup. The role requires strong exposure to Indian taxation, investment monitoring, and high standards of confidentiality and governance.
nKey Responsibilities :

- n
- Liaison with banks, NBFCs, stock brokers, PMS/AIF managers, wealth advisors, custodians, and insurance companiesn
- Coordinate account openings, KYC, investment execution, redemptions, and documentationn
- Track corporate actions, dividends, interest income, and maturity proceedsn
- Monitor and track performance across asset classes such as equities, mutual funds, PMS, AIFs, fixed income, bonds, real estate, and alternativesn
- Reconcile broker statements, CAS, bank accounts, and custodian reportsn
- Manage income tax filings for individuals.n
- Ensure timely payment of advance tax, self-assessment tax, and statutory duesn




- Handle TDS compliance including deductions, returns, and Form 16 / 16An
- Manage GST compliance where applicablen
- Manage banking operations, fund flows, cash flow planning, and paymentsn
- Maintain financial records, investment registers, and audit-ready documentationn
- Ensure strict confidentiality and support governance and compliance requirementsn
