The candidate will work closely with OEMs, System Integrators, Distributors, and industrial customers to achieve sales targets.

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Automation, or a related field.n
- MBA or relevant sales certification will be an added advantage.n

n Key Responsibilities

- n
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for industrial sensors and automation products across Pune.n
- Generate leads through customer visits, market mapping, references, and networking.n
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with OEMs,



System Integrators, Machine Manufacturers, Distributors, and Industrial Customers .n
- Understand customer applications and recommend appropriate technical solutions.n
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical guidance on product selection, application, installation, and troubleshooting.n
- Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and product recommendations.n
- Handle customer queries and coordinate with internal teams for technical and commercial support.n
- Follow up with customers and drive opportunities through to order closure.n
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer requirements.n
- Identify new applications and business opportunities.n
- Maintain sales records, customer databases, visit reports, and sales forecasts.n

n Product Knowledge
nCandidates with knowledge or experience in Industrial Sensors and Automation Products will be preferred.
