nKey Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver Chemistry lessons according to the prescribed curriculum.n
- Teach topics in Physical, Organic, and Inorganic Chemistry with conceptual clarity.n
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and teaching aids.n
- Conduct laboratory experiments and demonstrations while ensuring safety procedures.n
- Evaluate students through tests, assignments, projects, and practical assessments.n
- Maintain attendance records, marks, and student progress reports.n
- Provide remedial coaching and doubt-clearing sessions for weaker students.n
- Encourage scientific thinking, problem-solving, and inquiry-based learning.n
- Use digital teaching tools such as smart boards and educational software.n
- Participate in examinations, parent-teacher meetings (PTMs), workshops,



and school activities.n
- Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment.n

nRequired Qualifications

- n
- Bachelor's or master's Degree (B.Sc.) in Chemistry or a related Science subject.n
- Minimum 3+ yrs of experience in teaching grades 8 to 10n
- B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) from a recognized institution.n
- CTET/TET qualification may be required for government schools.n
- Teaching experience is preferred but not always mandatory.n
