- Design, develop, and enhance EPBCS models, business rules, dashboards, processes based on business requirements.n
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand planning processes and translate requirements into scalable solutions.n
- Support end-to-end implementation activities including requirement gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and hypercare support.n
- Perform model optimization, troubleshooting, and performance improvements while adhering to EPM best practices.n
- Develop and support integrations between EPBCS and other source systems.n
- Support UAT, SIT, regression testing, and production deployments while ensuring solution quality and business acceptance.n




- Prepare functional and technical documentation and conduct user training and knowledge transfer sessions.n
- Work closely with global delivery teams and client stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes.n

nKey skills required
n
- n
- 5–8 years (Senior Consultant) of experience in EPM model building and implementation.n
- Strong hands-on experience with EPBCS dimensions, lists, hierarchies, forms, Workflow.n
- Valuable understanding of planning processes such as FP&A;, Supply Chain Planning, Workforce Planning, Sales Planning.n
- Experience in solution design, requirement analysis, testing, and stakeholder management.n
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and client-facing skills.n
