Role OverviewnWe are looking for a Placement Officer / Career Placement Executive who can drive student placements, employer partnerships, and recruitment coordination. The ideal candidate has experience in placements, recruitment, or career services, preferably within an education or training institute.
Key Responsibilitiesn

- Build and manage strong relationships with recruiters, agencies, startups, and corporates hiring digital marketing talentn
- Coordinate job placements, interviews, and recruitment drives (online & offline)n
- Prepare students for interviews through resume reviews, mock interviews, and career guidancen




- Match student skills with relevant roles such as Digital Marketing Executive, SEO Analyst, Performance Marketer, Social Media Managern
- Track placement status, offers, CTCs, and joining confirmationsn
- Maintain a database of employers, student profiles, and placement metricsn
- Collaborate with trainers and academic teams to improve student job readinessn
- Support franchise centers (if applicable) with placement strategies and hiring connectionsn
