nThe client is seeking a detail-oriented professional with qualifications and hands-on experience in US Accounting and US GAAP. The role involves managing financial records, performing reconciliations, preparing reports, and supporting month-end close processes for US-based clients.
nWorking Hours (Split Shift)
n• Day: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Hybrid – Office twice a week)
n• Night: 9:30 PM – 11:30 PM (Work from Home)
nWorking Days: 5 working days
nImmediate 30 days' notice preferred
nKey Responsibilities
n
- n
- Maintain books of accounts for US clientsn
- Perform bank, credit card, and balance sheet reconciliationsn
- Handle journal entries and general ledger maintenancen
- Assist in month-end and year-end closingn
- Prepare financial statements as per US GAAPn
- Work on accounts payable and receivable processesn
- Support audit documentation and schedulesn
- Coordinate with US clients via email and virtual meetingsn
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and proceduresn

- Strong understanding of US GAAPn
- Experience working on QuickBooks / NetSuite / Xero / Sagen
- Good knowledge of financial statement preparationn
- Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Lookups preferred)n
- Good communication skills (written & verbal)n
