nAbout the Role
nRepublic Digital is looking for an experienced Digital Sales Leader with 14+ years of experience to drive the Digital Sales business across the West Region.
nThe role requires a solid understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, established relationships with agencies and advertisers, and a proven track record of driving revenue and building high-performing sales teams.
nKey Responsibilities

- Own and drive digital sales revenue and business growth across the West Region.n
- Build and strengthen relationships with key agencies, advertisers, and brands.n
- Drive sales across Display, Video, CTV, YouTube, Programmatic, Branded Content, and integrated digital solutions.n
- Identify new business opportunities and increase revenue from existing accounts.n
- Develop innovative, customized solutions aligned with client objectives.n
- Lead, mentor, and develop the regional sales team.n
- Track market trends, competition,



and digital advertising opportunities to strengthen Republic's market position.n
- Collaborate with Business, Editorial, Marketing, Product, and Broadcast teams for integrated solutions and campaign execution.n

nWhat We're Looking For

- n
- 14+ years of experience in Digital Sales / Media Sales / Advertising Sales.n
- Strong experience handling the West Region, preferably Mumbai and surrounding markets.n
- Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and building strategic client relationships.n
- Strong understanding of Display, Video, CTV, YouTube, Programmatic, and digital advertising.n
- Experience in news media, digital publishing, or content platforms preferred.n
- Experience with News Experiences will be an added advantage.n
- Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and business-development skills.n
