Job DescriptionPosition: Finance Controller in Cat-II AIF
nLocation: Lower Parel, Mumbai
nAbout the Role:
nNovumLake Partners is seeking a process-oriented Finance Controller with a qualification in Chartered Accountancy. This is an opportunity for broad role with the coverage including finance and compliances of our Cat-2 AIF, Investment Manager entity and the Investee/ SPVs controlled by the Fund.
nKey result areas:
n· Compliances with statutory regulations, taxation laws, and audit requirements.
n· Preparation of financial statements and investor reporting.
n· Monitoring internal controls, accounting policies, and SOPs across units.
n· Manage liquidity, working capital, treasury functions and raising debt.
n· Act as the primary point of contact for auditors, bankers, and regulatory Responsibilities
nKey requirements:
n· Prior experience in AIF finance & compliances
n· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
n· Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
nEdu Qualification: CA
nPrior Job Experience:



5+ years (Post-qualification) in AIF finance & compliance
nReporting To: Founder / CEO
