nAbout the Role
nXCT Solutions is looking for a dynamic, results-driven IT Sales Leader with 8–10 years of experience in enterprise IT sales, preferably with a System Integrator (SI). The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of driving business growth, managing strategic customer relationships, and successfully closing complex IT infrastructure and digital transformation projects.
nThis role requires a consultative sales professional with deep knowledge of Cloud, AI, Enterprise Infrastructure, Networking, Cybersecurity, and Contemporary Data Center solutions, combined with exceptional business development and leadership capabilities.
nKey Responsibilities

- Drive revenue growth by acquiring new enterprise customers and expanding existing accounts.n
- Lead end-to-end enterprise sales cycles—from opportunity identification to deal closure.n
- Build and maintain strong relationships with CIOs, CTOs,



CXOs, IT Heads, and key decision-makers.n
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.n
- Collaborate with OEMs, pre-sales, technical, and delivery teams to develop winning solutions.n
- Prepare proposals, RFP/RFQ responses, commercial negotiations, and customer presentations.n
- Accurately forecast sales pipeline and maintain CRM hygiene.n
- Mentor junior sales team members and contribute to the overall sales strategy.n
