nJob Title: Sales Manager (Sourcing / Closing)
nCTC Budget: Up to ₹10 LPA (Including 10% Performance Variable Pay) + Unlimited Incentives + Employee Benefits
nShift: Day Shift – 6 Days Working (Saturday & Sunday will be working; Rostered Week Off on a Weekday)
n_*Experience:*_
n• Minimum 2 to 4 years of sales experience (Any Industry) - B2C Sales Experience is a MUST
n• Core sales background only
n• No frequent job hoppers
n• No unemployed candidates
n• Must have at least 2 stable stints of minimum 2 years each

nThe key task of the role is to be part of a dynamic sales team and drive business through various activities across the sales spectrum.
n_*Roles and Responsibilities:*_
n• Managing extensive client relationship activities and liaising between organization and clients
n• Cultivating networks to ensure consistent business leads and repeat business
n• Staying updated with real estate market trends and gathering market intelligence




n• Achieving targets set by the organization
n• Driving sales through various marketing initiatives
n• Managing and inspiring assigned channel partners to achieve targets
n• Ensuring smooth registration, training, certification, and commission disbursal of channel partners
n• Increasing revenue from performing partners and motivating non-performing partners
n• Developing and maintaining a healthy investor database through channel partners
n• Providing regular product and price updates to channel partners
n• Tapping potential markets for direct clients across India and abroad
n• Defining and implementing strategies for property sales
nHandling direct enquiries from advertising and hoardings
n• Making effective sales presentations to key decision-makers
n• Handling prospective clients, corporate houses, and MNCs
n• Negotiating and finalizing sales transactions
