nTynor Orthotics Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Regional Sales Manager to lead our business in Western Uttar Pradesh.
nLocation: Noida (HQ)
nKey Responsibilities
n• Lead and manage a team of Area Sales Managers and Sales Officers.
n• Drive primary and secondary sales targets across the assigned region.
n• Ensure high team productivity, motivation, and performance development.
n• Build and strengthen relationships with key channel partners, doctors, hospitals, and healthcare professionals.
n• Conduct regular field visits, business reviews, and coaching sessions.
n• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify growth opportunities.
n• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to enhance market share and business growth.
nWhat We're Looking For
nExperience:



14–22 years in Generic Pharma, Consumer Healthcare, Medical Devices/Surgical industry.
nEducation: B.Sc., B.Pharma, B.Com, or MBA (Sales/Marketing preferred).
nSkills: Advanced MS Excel, solid analytical and strategic planning skills, and exposure to CRM/DMS/SFA platforms.
nLeadership: Proven experience managing teams of 10+ members across multiple territories.
nIndustry Exposure: Strong experience in doctor engagement, hospital business, retail sales, tender business, and field sales management.
nBusiness Achievement: Demonstrated success in handling and achieving annual business turnover of ₹1 Crore+.
