Job DescriptionAbout the Role:
nHealthSy is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Facility Management Executive to manage the day-to-day operations and maintenance of our office and multiple retail store locations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth functioning of all facilities, maintain high standards of safety and hygiene, and support business operations with minimal disruption.
nKey Responsibilities:
n1. Facility Operations & Maintenance

- Oversee daily facility operations across office and store locationsn
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and overall upkeep of premisesn
- Manage utilities including electricity (EB), water, and internet/Wi-Fin
- Ensure proper functioning of AC, lighting, plumbing, and electrical systemsn
- Monitor CCTV systems and ensure surveillance is active and functionaln

n2. Vendor & Service Management

- Manage vendors for housekeeping, security personnel, pest control, and maintenancen
- Coordinate with internet and CCTV service providers for uninterrupted servicesn
- Handle AMC contracts, renewals,



and preventive maintenance schedulesn
- Monitor vendor performance and ensure timely service deliveryn

n3. Infrastructure, Assets & Store Setup

- Support recent store setup and ensure infrastructure readiness before launchn
- Coordinate fixtures, electrical work, and basic setup activitiesn
- Maintain records of assets including furniture, equipment, and store fixturesn
- Track asset movement, allocation, and condition across locationsn
- Manage repairs, replacements, and disposal of assetsn

n4. Power Backup, Safety & Compliance

- Oversee generator/UPS operations and ensure periodic testingn
- Ensure fuel availability and backup readiness at all locationsn
- Maintain fire safety systems and conduct regular safety checksn
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and support facility-related compliancen
