nAbout the Role
nWe are looking for a Senior Client Servicing Executive with prior experience in healthcare advertising/communications to join our client servicing team in Mumbai.
nThe ideal candidate will have strong client management skills, a good understanding of healthcare advertising, and the ability to coordinate effectively with creative, strategy, medical, and other internal teams to deliver projects successfully.
nKey Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day communication and relationships with assigned healthcare/pharma clients.n
- Understand client briefs and translate them into clear internal briefs for creative and other teams.n
- Coordinate with creative, strategy, medical, and production teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.n
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.n




- Prepare presentations, proposals, campaign updates, and client communication as required.n
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and approvals to ensure smooth execution.n
- Follow up with internal teams and clients to ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines.n
- Participate in client meetings and presentations and contribute to campaign discussions.n
- Understand healthcare advertising regulations, brand guidelines, and communication requirements.n
- Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and support the team in new business initiatives.n
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and attention to detail.n
