- Drive execution of approved initiatives to improve delivery efficiencyn
- Identify delivery bottlenecks and proactively mitigate risks.n
- Coordinate dependencies across multiple workstreams.n
- Ensure timely delivery against agreed milestones and commitments.n
nAgile Delivery Excellence

- Strengthen Agile delivery discipline across teams.n
- Promote continuous improvement and delivery best practices.n
nProject Governance & Reporting

- n
- Establish explicit project governance and reporting mechanisms.n
- Maintain RAID logs, action trackers, and project plans.n
- Drive stakeholder communication and governance meetings.n
nTechnical Delivery

- Coordinate engineering activities across development, testing, DevOps, and production support teams.n
- Track delivery of technical initiatives from planning through implementation.n
- Understand technical dependencies and assist in delivery planning.n
nTechnical Debt & Engineering Improvements

- Drive planning and execution of technical debt remediation initiatives.n
- Collaborate with engineering leads to prioritize modernization activities.n
- Track progress against technical improvement roadmaps.n
