nKey Responsibilities
n• Manage reservations and ensure a seamless guest booking journey
n• Handle guest queries, modifications, and feedback professionally
n• Maintain accurate room inventory across OTAs, direct channels, and B2B platforms
n• Coordinate with sales, marketing, and front office teams to maximize bookings
n• Resolve guest concerns, cancellations, and complaints efficiently
nRequirements
n• Diploma/Degree in Hotel or Tourism Management
n• Solid communication and coordination skills
n• Guest-focused mindset with attention to detail
nSalary: ₹22,000 – ₹30,000 per month
nLocation: Zirakpur
