- Understand corporate guidelines and be able to brief a job clearly to the corresponding cell unit(s);n
- Serves as key liaison between client and SGS;n
- Take project briefs and follows procedures for costing and quoting;n
- Works direct with client & printer collating required information to start the job;n
- Promotes, services and exceeds customer expectations through vigilance and being pro-active to clients present and future needs;n
- Brief off-site production cell;n
- Track and maintain projects to ensure product launch timelines;n
- Contribute technical knowledge in pre-production meetings;n
- Manage projects from artwork design through to print;n
- Liaison with printer on any print technical issue.n

nSupporting tasks

- n
- Periodically contact printers getting the latest printer specification;n
- Participate in the CAR investigation, if needed;n
- Learn and use client appointed system to record all checks that have been done;n
- Any ad hoc task as assigned by Lead Print Production Manager, Cell Manager or Site Managementn
