Job Description Position Title : Plant Head – Tile Adhesive Manufacturing
n Location : Vapi, Gujarat

n Reports To : Head Operations
n Experience : 15 years in manufacturing; minimum 5 years in a leadership role within construction
nchemicals, tile adhesives, or similar industry
n Qualification : B.E./B.Tech – Mechanical / Chemical / Production; MBA preferred

n Role Objective
nTo lead and manage end-to-end operations of the tile adhesive plant in Durgapur ensuring productivity, quality, safety, and compliance. The Plant Head will be responsible for delivering business targets through effective plant operations, cost optimization, and people leadership.
n Key Responsibilities
n1. Plant Operations & Production Management
n
- n
- Plan, organize, and oversee daily operations to ensure the plant runs efficiently, safely, and profitably.n
- Ensure timely production as per sales and dispatch requirements.n
- Monitor key KPIs (OEE, yield, capacity utilization) and drive continuous improvement.n




- Manage raw material planning and inventory in coordination with procurement and SCM.n

n2. Quality & Compliance

- Ensure product quality as per defined standards and customer specifications.n
- Drive quality assurance and quality control processes in alignment with ISO standards and internal SOPs.n
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, including pollution control and safety norms.n

n3. Maintenance & Asset Management

- Ensure preventive and predictive maintenance schedules are followed.n
- Optimize equipment uptime and reduce breakdowns.n
- Manage plant infrastructure and ensure all utilities (power, water, etc.) function without disruption.n

n4. Cost Optimization & Budgeting

- Control operational costs through efficient resource utilization and waste reduction.n
- Prepare and manage the plant’s operating budget and cost forecasts.n
